Upon review, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item. You may be required to ship the damaged product back to us.

**4. Resolution for Damaged Products – Coupon Code Only**
If your return for a damaged product is approved, you will be issued a **coupon code equivalent to the value of your original purchase**. This coupon code can be used for a future purchase on the Hypearchy website. No monetary refunds will be issued.
